In 2011, Greg and his wife moved to NYC. One night, while Greg was traveling for work, his wife found herself locked out of their apartment and had to call a locksmith. Their experience was terrible: long waits and unexpected extra fees. Greg kept saying, "There has to be a better way." Shortly after that experience, Greg began developing a machine that could copy and store your key, allowing you to print your key again if you were locked out. A self-service locksmith in a box.
