You are not local to Ottumwa. This is a rip off to customers. I am reporting this to the BBB. The locksmith told me his fee was $89. You charged me $149 to make a phone call and act like you was the customer. You are liars, not local. You will be hearing from me again not for good stuff.

Very easy to get somebody on the phone and set something up within minutes. And from the minute, the appointment was scheduled the locksmith contacted me immediately and kept me informed of his ETA throughout and was very nice and diligent in getting me back into my car.
