Honestly, you guys are way overpriced. The service was great, but he was there for not even a minute long. To charge me almost $200 to get my keys out of my trunk is quite ridiculous.

You take advantage of emergency situations. Charging me $170 while the poor tech, who's soaking wet from working in a heavy storm only made about 40 bucks after you pleaded with him to answer this call. He did a great job, had me up and running in ten minutes or less, very pleased with him. Your company sucks, you and your private equity are leeches. Rot in hell.
